To avoid being confused with the other 19 ‘Matt’s’ at AnalogFolk, he is more than happy to go by the nickname Groges. Groges has led Creative at many of the most forward-thinking, digital-centric agencies in Australia and picked up a couple of awards here and there, including a few agency of the year nods. He believes there is always a better way to do everything and never a valid reason not to try. For example, he once convinced his 5th grade teacher to give him the lead role in a musical. Groges hates musicals, is tone deaf, cannot dance and it was awful (sorry Mrs Waters) – but at least he tried. (This belief however, does not apply to high-fives. Groges does NOT do high-fives.)
Matt Dyke
Founding Partner
Matt is a strategic and conceptual thinker who won't stop singing as he works.
Our little dynamo stays super calm when others lose their heads. Yet her ability to run on empty and never say die puts the rest of the world to shame.
Matt
He’s seriously clever and in tune with the latest trends. But stay away from the net; he can be deadly with a tennis racket.
Andreas
Blonde hair, blue eyes... pick the Swede? He also has tattoos and a wicked taste in music (if you like thrash metal).
Stephen
Our young gun in the office has a brain like a sponge and the looks of a certain pop phenomenon. Ok, his real name’s Bieber.
James
Alongside his cerebral genius, we rely on James to provide a musical interlude during awkward moments. You can even hear his stuff on iTunes and Spotify.
Stephen
This guy loves soaking up the latest innovations and trends from around the world. But remember this; he’s lethal on the dance floor.
Kate
She makes the most beautiful things at unexpected moments. Including the yummiest cakes this side of the roundabout.
Joe
Although he performs daily miracles, Joe’s brilliance is undermined by the confusion over his nationality. For the record, he’s definitely Welsh.
John
He's sports crazy and loves organising the troops for a game of touch rugby or footy. If you don’t know why we call him 'Bear', wait till you meet him.
Jon
He’s got a keen eye for what’s hot and what’s not. Oh, and if you’re looking for Jon, just follow the sound of drum and bass.
Jolyon
An inventive mind, this guy loves breaking things and putting them back together again. Including his motorbike.
Louisa
She loves cooking up ideas and tackling challenges. If she ever goes missing, you can assume she’s running all the way to the beach, in search of that tan.
Stuart
Don’t be fooled by his skinny jeans and obvious future as a TV presenter; this guy can make anything happen. Fast.
Grace
Still becoming acquainted with English humour, this all American gal tends to laugh at inappropriate moments. A lot. Luckily she’s also brilliant at her day job.
Sophie
Our resident radio head is well into her music (she's even been featured in NME!) and our go-to girl for the latest and greatest on the social scene.
Josefine
This lovely lass knows a thing or two about communications. Not only is she a master of all things digital, she can wax lyrical in Swedish and even knows sign language.
Kelly
We uncovered her dirty penchant for two-sugar teas. Perhaps that explains why she's such a sweetheart. awww.
Alex
Definitely no "flash" in the pan, he's a master of a multitude of languages - digital and otherwise - loves a good meme and makes an even better cocktail.
Nick
This guy wears Hawaiian shirts and loves 80s movies. But our free spirit is super sharp upstairs, so it’s worth having him around.
Julie
She’ll tell you she likes to cook, eat, go to gigs, but her real love? Sharks! Yes indeed, she’s got books, posters and “spends hours” watching videos on YouTube (yes, hours).
Harriet
An English rose who hails from Brueni counts scoring a pair of “the most fabulous Kurt Geiger shoes ever!” 70% off as one of her greatest achievements. Um…who wouldn’t!
Jo
You can ask our very own Carrey Mulligan lookalike for an autograph - just don't ask her the time. She's terrified of clocks (truth).
Sejal
She's a dab hand at Indian cheffery, but at her dream dinner party (guests including Marlon Brando and David Attenborough) there's only one thing on the menu – 12” subs.
Florence
Our very own in-house model – her most notable credit is a starring role in a Fisher-Price campaign, age 3 - Flo loves food and reflexology (hopefully not in that order).
Natalia
A classically trained pianist with a deep love for Arsenal, she counts The Mae Shi as her mates and just so happened to create a BAFTA-award winning music video for them at the ripe old age of twenty-one!
Michael
Truly a man of many talents, not only is Mike a self-proclaimed “world-class” beatboxer - he can replicate the sound of paper ripping (?) with his mouth - he has also dominated Leeds' very own Popina's ‘Mega Breakfast Challenge’.
Clara
This gal from Barca sites her greatest achievement as learning how to pronounce Leicester (wait…it's NOT “Lie-chester”?!?!) and her loves as running and popcorn. Hates? Neighbours and cockroaches (who doesn't?).
Peter
“Fabs” is the consummate creative nerd and has a slightly un-healthy knack for APIs. He has a photographic memory, which combined with his love for movies means he's pretty good at trivia as well.
Larissa
Larissa defines the term "doer". She likes nothing more than a juicy budget and a tight timeline to get her teeth stuck into. Oh, and lists. Lots and lots of lists.
Chris
Hobbies include cooking, reading and inappropriately photoshopping co-workers.
Anton
Anton grew up in Auckland, where his father owned a string of successful fish and chip shops and his mother sang in rock bands. So it's no surprise that he ended up with an interest in both selling and entertaining.
John
John arrived in Australia from Ireland for a 1 year holiday, and 7 years later he’s still here. He has a love for big ideas and big nights out; just don’t mention astro physics to him or you could be in for a big night too.
Ronit
Honji Ponji (as she is more commonly known) started her career in design, before deciding that she liked bossing designers around a little bit more.
Sophie
Soph in the city brought a whole lotta NYC knowledge back to her native Australia after a 3 year stint there. Including an almost encyclopedic knowledge of ‘candy’, and some friends in high places in the social media world.
