Talent Acquisition Manager

What you'll do

  • Responsible for all day-to-day recruiting activities and owning the full cycle recruiting experience, to attract, screen, select and onboard 
  • Partner with the Talent Team and hiring managers to build a steady pipeline of top talent through 
  • Sourcing and direct recruiting 
  • Reviewing and processing profiles and resumes 
  • Screening candidates and scheduling interviews with hiring managers 
  • Networking and attending professional events to market AnalogFolk opportunities 
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to Heads of Departments on a weekly basis 
  • Ensuring individual candidate experience are of the highest standards 
  • Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process 
  • Monitoring and applying HR / recruiting best practices 
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and reliability 
 
What you've done
  • Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing for marketing or advertising agencies 
  • Certification in sourcing (AIRS, Social Talent, The Sourcing Institute, etc.) a plus 
  • Experience in diversity sourcing / recruiting a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal and consultative skills 
  • Manages innovative, best practices recruitment policies, procedures and processes 
  • Developed a strong network of cross capability contacts 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to multi-task
