Strategists at AnalogFolk play an invaluable role in project teams from kickoff to execution. They help provide clarity and direction to clients and internal teams. They leverage research, data, technology and cultural knowledge in order to find the interesting nuggets that lead to killer creative work. 
 
We are looking for a strong strategic mind with the ability to inspire confidence - in teams, clients and leadership. Someone who is comfortable being uncomfortable, and has an insatiable curiosity and willingness to listen and learn. 
 
What you'll do
 
  • Approach projects with passion and strategic insight to help creative engaging digital experiences for clients and consumers.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to continually push the work forward
  • Help the team see a clear path and move them forward
  • Draw key insights from targeted research into brand, audience, analytics, vertical and competition
  • Lead teams with clear, inspiring and insightful project and creative briefs
  • Identify business and category opportunities from clients’ project objectives
  • Illustrate your ideas quickly and simply without ignoring important details
  • Bring a positive attitude and humility when articulating ideas and recommendations
 
What you've done
 
  • You have 4-6 years digital strategy experience
  • Experience across content, channel, campaign, and platform strategy
  • Managed and/or conducted research across brand, audience and category
  • Inspired innovative creative ideas through insightful briefs and conversations
  • Built strong client relationships built on trust and insightful brand/business knowledge
  • Direct experience with senior level clients
